And to top it off, Seth's price was the best of the 4 bids we received. While Seth told us he does things right the first time so we'd never need to see him again, we're looking forward to using him for another project in the future.

Seth stripped and replaced the roof on our Cape Cod home and I can't recommend him enough! We had estimates from 5 area roofers and Seth beat them in price, professionalism and work ethic. Seth sat down with us and answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease during the quote stage--and he was the only roofer to give us a written (not verbal) quote. While working on our roof, he and his team didn't leave for the day until every speck of shingle/nail was picked up and the work area left neat and organized. We're very happy with our roof and very lucky to have found Seth from this site!

We had a leaking plumbing vent on our roof. Seth identified the problem and fixed it efficiently and effectively during his first visit. While up there, he also took pictures to show us the condition of our somewhat older roof. We had been wondering what shape it was in and when it would need repairing. He gave us some insight and recommendations. Nice guy, great job!
