I was very happy with Cousins. The two guys who came to my house were very professional, friendly and they explained how they would clean my tile flooring which is about 10 years old. The process took about 2 hrs and the tile looks like it was just installed. The grout has never been cleaner. I would recommend using Cousins to all my family and friends and I will be using them again.

Water Removal Recovery Service
Chris from Cousins was VERY Professional, NO Pressure to choose him, after he gave us our estimate I did some research to make sure what Chris recommended went along with industry standards and I also look up the company online. I found out that what he was going to do was the correct job and his name was clean. The day they came, the crew was nothing BUT PROFESSIONAL, cleaned and treated my "SANDY" STORM DAMAGE and I am going on 5 weeks no moisture issues and no bad smells from the Storm Water Damage. CHRIS AND HIS CREW ARE AWESOME AND I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THEM. WHEN IN DOUBT COUSINS IS THE CHOICE. VERY TRUSTED!!

The vendor was quick to respond,however I felt he inflated his fee and didn't care about me as a customer his main concern was getting high fee. I paid almost $800.00 to clean a small area of 4' by 10'.

Water Removal Recovery Service
Chris was very helpful in dealinfg with the water damage of our basemrt. He and his crew were efficient and hard-working, and ooperative wth our needs. His equipment was efficient and we now have a dry and sanitized basement. I recommend Cousins highly!
