they seem quite competent and professional. The only issue I could raise was the effort made to upsell other treatments such as an attic spraying. But when I politely declined each one, the guy was equally polite and not at all pushy. And the things he was suggesting are probably a good idea, but we had another guy doing our treatments until a few months ago and got rid of him because he would bring up politics every time he came to our house, Ugghh! My assumption was because bugs were still well under control we did not need the full bore initial treatment from Cousins for like $179. Again, that was fine with our guy, and he did not push it at all. Good company! Recommend so far!

They came within 45 minutes of my call. They came prepared to do the job after they gave me the estimate. I believe that I am getting a good deal for the price, because there is a free follow-up in a week and the job is guaranteed for 45 days. Great attitude. Very efficient.

Initial response happened within the hour. They scheduled for the following week, were punctual and courteous, explained the solution clearly, and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend.

Very thourough inspection and a targeted treatment to eliminate the problem. The full treatment (inside home, in walls, in attic, and outside) isn't cheap, but I've unfortunatley gone the cheap route before and it doesn't work. The complete, whole house inspection and analysis let me know that these guys are doing the job right, the first time!

I contacted the service on Sunday. They promptly called me around 8:00 AM on Monday. Told they would be here for estimate between 10:30 and 11:00. They showed up at 10:45. They assessed the issue of a bird nesting on my home. They called their office for a price. I hired them. They removed the bird and nest, and sanitized the area. All ended well, and both men were very nice, polite, and respectful. Would recommend them. I did not get another quote from anyone else, So, I am not certain on the price, but I gave them 5 stars because of their service was excellent.

Overall good customer service, upfront about all work and costs.

Prompt, courteous, communicative and (arguably) most important they were effective. I could not have asked for a more professional approach and if the need arises, I will most definitely call them. Anyone looking to remove a critter or three must call them. Price and service cannot be beat.
