Retaining Wall Installation
Other than being late, Initial interview went well. He seemed to understand what I wanted right away and apprecieated the open end date of the project. The negative side is, even after half a dozen call backs to his company and various emails, I never received a quote from him or even a reply. He should not have promised me a quote if he didn't want the job, be honest, it's the only way to do business.

Overall, a good job. They worked hard when on the job but only worked 5-6 hours a day. Couldn't always count on what I was told while job was in progress. The end result was a very nice looking wall.

Countno has been great to work with and truly care about us as a customer. We husband and I both work during the day, and the owner makes personal trips to meet with us during the evening. The pricing was very fair, and although the sod hasn't been laid yet, because we have enjoyed working with the Company, we know they will take care of us, and our lawn

We were very pleased with the speed and accuracy of their work. They were very helpful with grading around the perimeter of our house, as well as making landscaping recommendations for the rest of the property. I will definitely use them again in the future.
