Cova Out Door Construction

Stay away from this company. Al collected most of the project money and completed less than 50% of the job. Not responding to my phone calls or text messages. This is a simple 2 days of work. I trusted him and gave him the advance. He started the work and collected additional money and now he is not showing up at all. Unreliable person. My situation is he did less than 50% of the job and collected more than 80% of the project money.

Cova took care of all of my needs.

We hired Alvaro from Cova Outdoor Construction. Good prices. Although we had complications in the beginning, he was compliant with what we asked for and worked towards a resolution.

Reasonable price, I would recommend to the others

I hired Alvero to do patio pavers and a pergola and an out side shower. He has the worst communication but did a good job and did the work for a good price but took forever.

The staff was very professional, competent, and cordial. The pricing was fair and I was very pleased with the patio expansion with pavers. Alvaro was unpunctual, but overall I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the elegant design of the patio. I would definitely hire again!

My experience with Cova Out Door Construction was horrible. Alvaro finds an excuse for everything I had them do my pergola and patio floor. The pergola has pillars and they look Horrible so I did a review and he begged me to change it that he would fix it. I did give a chance. They came the first day to take down the pillars and it was good that day then it started again unpunctual and lying. When they came to put up the pillars they brought back the same pieces of rocks that were on the first time and argued with me that some rocks were still good you couldnt even build one pillar with it. I paid them $800 for nothing worst experience I have ever had. He says he will be here at 8 and shows up at 12 and argues about everything blaming the workers when is his fault poor management skills. Dont hire them.

Cova Outdoor did a great job on my patio extension. They were early and efficient with their work. The concrete was finished flawlessly and the pricing was fair.

Took 3 days to complete as they ran out of pavers. Overall I am happy with the patio.

This is the second time I've contracted with Cova. And I would do so again. Their work is professional and thorough, and they communicate well. They completed the driveway in one day, working till nightfall. Well done, and thank you Alvaro.

Courteous, professional and quality work. Initial estimate was raised from $450 to $670 was the only issue of not informing me it was going up but for finally getting someone to do the repair and quality of work this was a minor issue.

Extremely polite, professional and good workers. Cleaned up after all work was completed. The initial estimate and final invoice was about 50% increase but the quality of work and time to complete was worth it. Repaired 2 flagstone slabs that went around the pool spa that had been damaged by roofers. They matched the flagstone and cut the curves beautifully- this is hard work when attempting to match new stone with existing stone. Very pleased with the work!

This company has highly qualified employees with the skills to build a metal balcony that the neighbors admire. Yes, I heard them discussing my beautiful new balcony. Hire them.

Alvaro and his team did a great job with our paver patio. It took just over a week to complete with a couple of rain delays. The patio looks fantastic and Alvaro was a pleasure to work with and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Alvaro and his crew put in a paver patio and a fire pit for us and did an amazing job. They were prompt, always responsive when we contacted them and reasonably priced. It only took one week from the time we requested a proposal to the time they finished the project. They were very hard working and a pleasure to work with. Alvaro and his crew did a real good job in tearing out and laying down a small carport extension. It was reasonably priced. They were punctual and professional throughout the project. I would use them for another job.

First contacted Cova just to get a quote for planned future work. Alvaro's quote was very attractive so I went ahead now instead of later. It was a challenging job as the existing patio (some brick, some wood deck, some dirt) had to be prepared for the new brick surface. Also an unexpected drain was found beneath the deck that had be incorporated into the new design. Alvaro handled this very well to deliver a final product that my wife and I absolutely love. Cova construction did our covered patio floor in travertine and it looks great! They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your stone work flooring needs! Planning on using them for our fireplace stone work as well!
