I was completely satified with WESTERNSKY CONSTRUTION (Brett Long). He arrived as he said he would and got right to work. The quality of his work was out-standing.

With Convenant Construction I feel I received money's worth.

Provided the correct answers on how to properly prepare the wood components prior to starting the construction of the porch, and actually did it. Worked around the weather. Our stated goal was to do it right, speed was secondary. He did not take shortcuts, but corrected several shortcuts done by the home builder. He added little details that were not required but added a positive look to the final product.

James came out and gave us a reasonable estimate on a 100 ft crown molding job. Upon setting up the starting date he picked up the materials, that I purchased, and it appeared that he started work, then the excuses started. The first day of the job he said that his Saw broke, then he disappeared for a few days, then he scheduled another date but did not show up, then we scheduled another date and I told him I took the day off of work to meet him at the job site, then his U joint failed on the way to the job. Batters up, three strikes and your out. I did not tell him not to come back nor did he ever call me back, lost in limbo.
