Another company said carbon monoxide was detected. Said the could not see any holes in furnace, so they recommended a new furnace. Called Covenant for a second opinion. They found rotted vent pipes, so I let them replace. Saved me a lot of money!

This was a smooth and seamless experience. Their team redid ductwork under our crawlspace, and throughout the hiring process and job, their team was on top of communication. The work crew was friendly and courteous and came prepared with everything they needed. And best of all, they were prompt and kept to their time schedule as promised. They were in and out within two days as planned, and left the work area as clean as when they started. Great job.
