Covenant was great! It's a family business that has been around a long time. Nick was able to inspect my house with just 2 days after I called to accommodate my short closing time. He delivered a full report with pictures and recommendations 24 hrs after the inspection. Nick walked us through the house and discussed his findings and offered very practical advice about how to fix everything. Very thorough, professional, and friendly.

The contractor was very courteous and he was very timely with what we wanted. I didn't always understand exactly what he meant in some of the studies he did. I didn't understand what acceptable meant, because some of the things he said was acceptable was not acceptable to me. So it might have been a different in judgment but other than that we were very pleased with his report.
