Matt arrived at the agreed to time. He was very professional and his work was meticulous. He installed a back-up battery in my home alarm system, cleared up the excess wires from the battery box, reset the system date & time, gave me a short tutorial and emailed the alarm system user manual. Now I can make full use of the security system and feel safer in my own home.
