I had a roof replacement done this year in April 2021. True storyâ ¦. Austin Fender, representative of Covenant Roofing knocked on my front door and asked if he could look at my roof. He suspected wind damage. I said yes and he found more damage than I knew I had. I did have a previous inspection the year prior by some other company. Austin discussed with me how the process of roof replacement works when dealing with an insurance company. He spoke with my insurance agent and myself and I was approved for a full replacement. It was scheduled a few days later. Complete roof replacement done in one day Austin was AMAZING to work with. He was a complete professional. He kept in constant communication with me about the next steps and worked around my schedule to meet for any questions/concerns. AND he did his job perfectly 11 days before his wedding (shout out to his new bride. -Congrats !!!). If you suspect any roof damage to your home at all give Austin Fender at Covenant Roofing a call to have him stop by and check it out!!!!!

Outstanding job performed by these very hardworking people and within an amazing amout of time they stripped and installed our roof! Without the help of their sales team, Linda and Henry, we would have only had been allowed a repair by our insurance company and it would have been distasterous. Linda and Henry went to bat for us and helped us get a brand new roof because of their knowledge and professional abilities. They were part of the appeal process and the insurance company agreed with their overall concensus. We thank God everyday we hired the right company. Oh and a shoutout to PM Cody for his constant communication and organizing. Great great overall team working for Covenant!
