Fast replacement of the roof. They did break one of my windows however Travis from covenant roofing took the time to make sure the job was done and the window was relaxed.

They were suppose to return to repair the soffit that they pulled off while putting on the new roof. never returned to do the job and would call me back. Thank you, Randall Wilke 407-340-1436

Great roof-great company-great communicators! One thing I really appreciated about my interaction with Covenant Roofing was they were great communicators. You hear horror stories about roofers but I was never in the dark. They communicated with me every step of the way so I knew what to expect and when to expect it. I started my search through Angi. I wanted to make sure to only deal with reputable roofing companies. I asked for information and they texted me right away to set up a free estimate. It was one effective text. Other companies inundated me with calls, texts and emails from different sources. Dennis came out and did my free estimate. Although I saw their credentials on Angi, he still shared them with me. He was friendly and professional. He gave me various options in materials and financing. It put my mind at ease to hear even if I put money down, they wouldnâ t take it until the roof was complete and I was satisfied. Again, you hear stories of money taken by roofers and work not done. I was impressed. We came up with a price. He told me what to expect next and I was emailed the contract. Within a week, I was texted and emailed a date for the roof replacement. Steven contacted me and told me when he would drop off the trailer. There was a delay and he called and told me it would come the next day. It was nice to be notified and not wonder. His team came out early and did an amazing job. They were very efficient and professional. They put down tarps and when they were done, they completely cleaned up. You would never know they had been there except for my beautiful new roof. I was very happy with the new roof and told Steven when he picked the trailer the next day. It looks so nice I wanted to set up a place to sit on the roof and enjoy it. If you need a roof replaced, do yourself a favor and contact Covenant Roofing. You will get a great high-quality product installed by knowledgeable professionals at a great price. And you will never be in the dark because they are great communicators!

Project: Install TPO Roof. Very professional and did the job within several days of the estimate (earlier than what we thought it would be)! They were on time and finished in one day. They cleaned everything up. I gave them a 4.5 for customer service because I have not had to contact them. I don't want to give them 5 starts or 1 star if I don't know. I gave them 4 star for value because we felt that the price was higher than it should be, but not many companies handle TPO roofing so we didn't really have much to compare it to. We went with them because of the ratings for other stye roofing materials, so thought they would be good company to work with.
