Mr. Campbell showed up with an estimate that was less than I expected and I hired Covenant on the spot. The completed my roof repairs in short order and were done. It hasn't rained since they were here, so I can't comment on how well the repairs are working, but I expect that they are fine.

Had a roof leak a couple months ago and called Covenant due to the ratings and reviews. THey came out as scheduled and the gentleman offered his opinion and gave me an estimate of $400 of which I agreed. He came back and made some repairs and was paid. I asked for a receipt and he said he would send it electronically but never did so. Yesterday I found that the roof was leaking tn the same spot. My wife called and there was no answer.

The technician was excellent and very professional. My wife was home when the project started and I arrived later. He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do to her.

Covenant Roofing Services responded quickly to assess the situation and provided a reasonable estimate. Ricky alerted me to other potential leaking problems associated with my other skylight and chimney flashing. He provided all the repairs I needed and actually returned 3 separate times to assess/fix some problem areas after we had some unusually high winds and rain. The job was done to my satisfaction and I was reminded of the warranty in case anything needed more attention. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing projects.

It was a small leak that was difficult to pinpoint the source. They did what they could and told us if it continued to leak to call them and they would come back out. The leak returned with the next rain, we called, but no call back.

I entered the project in homeadvisor on a Monday morning. Covenant called me Monday afternoon and set up an estimate for Tuesday morning. He met me at the jobsite, gave me an estimate, agreed to do the work, and completed the job while I waited. I thought the price was a little high, but worth it for the timeliness and professionalism.

Covenant was out within 2 days to assess the repairs I needed and was spot on with the other three I had come to do the same. Within 7 days the job was done to my satisfaction and at a good price. Thank you Ricky and the folks at Covenant! Recommended!

Guys responded promptly around the holidays, knocked out the work as requested.

They were very nice. The leak wasn't fixed with the first work that was done, so they came back and decided it was something else. They said they would charge me less since I was their customer. I asked for a receipt for the original job done (not sure if it was necessary) and asked for a written estimate for the new work. I got neither. They said the work was guaranteed for two years but I didn't get a receipt with dates or anything. Would not hire them again. There being nice did not get my roof fixed. I hired them because of the good reviews, but can't honestly recommend them.
