Very nice and respectful team

Very positive experience from in person quote to day of repair. Everyone was punctual, professional, courteous and transparent. I was always asked if I had any questions. Was always notified by text or phone call on any updates. The shingle (front only) replacement took maybe 3 hrs. There was a team of maybe 7 people. There was a lot of debris but everything got cleaned up. And the project manager personally came back the next day to remove the asphalt stains on my steps. I would recommend.

Project manager was available at a time convenient for me; he got on the roof quickly and assessed the condition. Turned out that it needed to be resurfaced… he explained to the reasons why in detail, which I appreciate a lot. Then they provided a fair quote, scheduled quickly (weather permitting), executed on time, and provided pictures once the work was complete. Having had bad experiences with cleanup before, I was thrilled that I found NO NAILS anywhere. Highly recommend - will use this company again.
