Outstanding all around. Great service, outstanding and thorough inspection, GREAT report, and great support after the inspection is done. Todd was very knowledgeable, and went well above and beyond. There report not only outlines the good and the bad about the house, but also details into weather proofing and home improvement recommendation and solution. Their pricing was also extremely good. All around, I could not have asked for a better inspector or better company.

The best part of the inspection was how approachable Todd was. I felt I could ask him anything. He took the time to explain it to me and made sure I understood. He was full of improvement ideas to increase the efficiency, and the small things I could address to prevent larger problems in the future. He even addressed the things I will need to know when I move in and showed my girlfriend as well. He showed us all the shut off valves and what to do if my girlfriend was home alone so now she feels she could handle a situation if I were not home. It gave her a great boost of confidence. She also commented how easy it was to work with Todd and how informed she felt at the end of the inspection. The report was very detailed and laid out so well that my real-esteat agent stated it was the best he has seen. I gave him copies to share with other clients, especialy first time buyers who will need the guidance Todd provided for us. I am very pleased and will use no other inspector in the future. Great job! A+++++!!! We would recommend having a Covered Bridge Professional Home Inspections report as an essential requirement for any Vermont or New Hampshire homeowner or prospective home buyer. We found out so many things critical to our safety and continued maintanance and preventative care for our older home. Owning a colonial era home is always challenging -- but it certainly helps to take all the guesswork out of it to be able to rely on an expert to prioritize what projects we should undertake first, and those which are less important. Steve has excellent qualifications and he went well above and beyond our home inspection expectations. Steve is friendly, professional, highly knowledgable, informative and curteous.
