I am the owner of this property. I was completely satisfied with the work this company did constructing my concrete slab for a future tractor and work shop shed. I was amazed how much rebar was installed in the slab. The crew, Paul & Keith (sorry if I got the second name wrong), were very professional workers, they let me know what was going on during the construction process and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. The cost of the slab was very reasonable and fair. I strongly recommend this company for your project. A completely satisfied and very pleased customer.

They failed to honor a warranty that was guaranteed in the project. He will not return phone calls and wont show up for scheduled appointments to fix the project.

Paul and Dillon are a great team. We received the estimate and soon after the work was completed quickly and efficiently and we are very very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them for any foundation issues as they are the best!!

Hired Paul to seal a leaking bulkhead. I priced out a few different competitors and ended up going with Covered Bridge Outdoor Construction versus competitors due to fair pricing, the warranty on the work, and availability to complete the project. The first repair was done, and it leaked later that day. To Paul's credit he was very willing to come back and repair. Paul came back and put a different type of sealant on the bulkhead concrete. This repair was being done in-conjunction with selling my house, it was specified that a warranty was required for this repair and I would need written proof on company letter head. It took more than 10 days to receive the first letter which contained no reference to any warranty. I've now called Paul several times, won't answer and voicemail is full, sent several emails and he is completely blowing me off. Accountability goes a long way - would have paid more for better service that could be relied upon.

Quick response time and scheduling.

Paul and Dillon were at my house giving me an estimate within two hours of my HomeAdvisor request. (They coincidentally were nearby.) Very friendly guys, passionate about the work they do. I had a very small job. My 8 x 12 wood shed had washed off its foundation blocks when my pool collapsed and floated to a point 15 feet away where it teetered on retaining stones near a slope. I needed them to move it back into place and level it. They came back in few days with a beautiful Kubota and some straps and got the job done. Paul tolerated a bunch of questions that I had about some landscaping ideas and gave me a few ballpark estimates and suggestions for doing them myself. He said he felt bad for having to charge me for something that just got me back to where I was before; he much preferred the good feeling a customer had when they had some new yard feature. I was just happy to have my shed back in place. The shed settled a little since they left, but that's not surprising since I don't have sonotubes, just cinderblocks. I need get out there with my car jack and shim it a little to level. Just FYI for readers. I don't blame Covered Bridge.

Covered Bridge installed a front yard patio and redid a walkway at a house I just moved into. They showed up on time, answered all questions, quote was competitive (I got three). I needed multiple pallets of pavers - one pallet to me was slightly different in color shading. I wasn't happy about that and I give them huge credit - they had already put down some of them and i decided I wanted them removed and they were really really good about it although it created more work. When project was completed they did a good clean up and all debris removed. Would use them again.

Paul was very willing to help out with my damaged sill plate. He quoted me very reasonably. When he came to do the job, he found out that it was simpler than what he thought originally and was very up front about this - the cost actually came in under what the original estimate was! He made sure to discuss the change in plan with us before moving forward. Sometimes was hard to get a response by email, but overall I highly recommend him and he did great work. It all looks clean where he was working and he left the spot in my siding very presentable.

Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the work is excellent. And above all....they are honest! If you don't need it, they'll tell you. I highly recommend them.

I hired this contractor based on their rating. Yes they're nice guys. But I found that concrete work is not their speciality. I sub contracted them for someone else and I see too many things that weren't done right. as a matter of fact less than 24 hours later I have a good size crack and chip. Very pricy for the quality of work. I feel the work was rushed as to finish to suit they're needs. poor detail in work. lumpy and uneven surfaces in my pool deck and garage.
