"We are sorry you are unhappy with the finished product. This house flipper was given several option to correct the crumbling foundation and garage floor. Of course he chose the cheapest repair as they didn't plan on owning the house very long. He was clearly warned that this was the worst option This being said we still would of been glad to discuss this with you before you decided to leave a negative review."
"I'm sorry you feel this way! We were hired to complete a roof on a platform the client had built with the intention of placing solar panels on the structure. I had advised multiple times in writing that this structure was illegal and would not last. The client informed us that solar rebates were expiring the following month and it needed to be completed. Despite my objection we did complete the project exactly to how the customer specified in their plans. We could not have made it clearer in writing that the structure was sub-par for the application. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss this further."
