Initially I thought it was going to be a good install. Scott was friendly and accommodating and Caleb seemed to know the technical end. Unfortunately, it has now been 6 months and the system has only been working for a total of 1 month! The DVR is consistently disconnecting from the modem they installed. The DVR loses the IP address and does not revert back unless physically rebooted which defeats the purpose when I'm away since I can not "reboot" the system! Caleb has been unreliable and inconsistent in getting a hold of and Scott insists on a service charge for a system that does not operate longer than a few days at a time. So now I need to find another security service that can fix this debacle so I can have an operating system that works all the time. Very disappointing!

Everything went well. Very friendly. Helpful trouble shooting service and resolved software problem. For future needs I would use their service. I had hard wired exterior cameras installed and they are great! Came in handy already.

Covert exceeded my expectations. I thought the cameras that have at Best Buy would be the ones that I would be getting. Nope! These cameras have many more features and they even had motorized lenses! I can add on to my system at anytime too! Thinking about what areas I wanted secured next. This is a great local company.
