Working with Covey's Carpets was a pleasure. Josh was a good salesmen and gave us a very fair and competitive estimate for the job. It ended up costing us a little more then estimated but it was completely understandable. Dave and Steve did a very professional job on the installation and we were very comfortable having them in our home for the four or five days it took to complete the project. We're very happy with the result. Thank you.

They were fabulous! We had a patterned carpet installed, and they installed it today. It is perfect. We have other carpeting projects for the future and plan on using this company again. Thanks for recommending them to us!

The guy who took the estimate was very helpful and the guy who installed the carpet was friendly. both were on time and professional. I felt the guy who installed the carpet took his time a little too much, maybe milking the clock. The project was just a closet and took 2 hours. That's why I give them 4 stars and not 5. Quality is good though.

The original installer did not show up on time. I called and Josh was very apologetic that Dave was not there. He got another crew over later that day who finished up the next day. The crew did excellent work. However I had to take a 2nd day off work as the first guy didn't show. Am not sure this can be controlled, Josh did the best he could.

The man that gave me qoute was great, but when they went to install the carpet they were late, and didn't call. After I called them they gave me a time and were still late, then they didnt even give me a discount for being late. Their was a big line in the middle of the floor i asked about and they said it would go away after a few hours a month later and it still hasnt. I noticed damage to the one of the stairs while installing and they only after me arguing with them put a few nails in instead of replacing the board. I was told i needed to hire a carpenter if i wanted one board placed over the stair, and that they would have to come back at a much later time if i chose to do so. I wasnt happy at all.
