Cowboy Up Roofing

Initially, I gave Cowboy Up Roofing a very good review because he showed up, did the work and didn't charge an outrageous fee. However, the fix didn't work and he would not stand by his guarantee. I still have a leak in my roof, so the money was just spent in vain. I would not use him to replace or fix roof again.

Hired Cliff to fix a roof leak. Looks like they did a real good job, but hard to rate them since we haven't had much more than a light rain since the fix. The work looks real good and they did a real quick repair. If no leaks, I will hire him next spring for a full roof installation. JB P. Turns out roof is still leaking (bad). Contacted Cliff and he wants more money. Will not use him again.

Talked in advance on what I wanted. Came out and did what he wanted. Shingles a different color mine are brown thry installed 2 whole rows a blue gray? No chimney cricket I wanted, step flashing not right. After I complained corrected the shingles with close match and did cricket. Chimney is covered in roifing cement black tar. Hasn't even contacted me after fixing it. Charged $600 for 1st time about 2 hours work. Im out of town working construction. At this time don't know if roof will leak or not.

I appreciated his prompt return of calls, both initially and during the project. The work performed was high quality as were the materials used. He also was open to suggestions as the project started and continued.

They left a lot of stuff in the yard after the work.

They were on time and they cleaned up after. I hire them.

I received a bid from Cliff Hale,the company owner.The next day,he and his associate came out to repair the roof where two woodstove chimneys were removed.The associate came out at 6 in the morning with a few mismatches shingles in his hand.After 5 minutes on the roof,he said that hole was done.He hammered the shingles over the hole.I said to him,"Isn;t that going to leak?"I mean "Shouldn't you put wood or metal flashing over the hole other than just shingle?"He replied"I guarantee my work."The next night it rained and the roof leaked like a sieve.I called several times .He said he would be back.He never came back.His work was shoddy and unprofessional.He was a total ripoff.

Roof still leaking at the same place. They totally replaced the roof with a metal roof and it still leaks just as bad.

He guaranteed work. Still had a leak, called him back (he was already paid) could not get him to come back. Home Advisor could not get him back. He was supposed to put ice guards on, but he was out of them and would bring them and put them on when they came in - never happened. I was ripped off and did not get my moneys worth!

Very professional, did a great quality job, did the job two days after excepted bid, was prompt, and replaced my shingle roof with a medal roof. Looks great, would highly recommend.

Cowboy Up was very prompt in contacting me to set up an inspection and my minor roof repair was completed in less than 2 days from making the call. I'd bet it would have been done in 1 day if their workload wouldn't have been so high due to tornadoes that recently went through the area. I would definitely recommend these guys for roof repair work.

Showed up early, gave him description of problem. He went up on roof and fixed what he considered to be the problem. We are waiting on enough rain to see if problem is still there.

We had a couple issues with the roof and I have talked to him numerous times on the phone about it. He has never showed up to fix these issues. He scheduled the times, but never showed up. That is my only concern. The roof looks great. The issues are cosmetic and there is a piece of metal left off along the facing in the back. I feel I would like to get my money's worth on the roof.

Had a possible problem with 1 of 2 chimneys. Mr. Hale caulked both chimneys and made sure they were both water tight. So, he went above and beyond!! The price of repair was under the quote.

Just a small repair job that they handled in a timely manner and did it at a fair price.

During a recent storm, several shingles were damaged and/or missing. After discussing with Cliff Hale (owner), he went out of his way to come by and assess the damage. The following day, Mr. Hale showed up earlier than expected and performed the repairs due to the threat of additional storms that afternoon. Mr. Hale understands customer service and I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Cliff Hale (owner) along with two other roofers to get a quote on a new asphalt roof. Cliff discussed with me the quality and look of a metal roof. We decided to go with the metal and are very pleased. Cliff was very competitive. Cliff and his crew always showed up on time, professional, and did everything he said he would do. I highly suggest you call Cowboy Up Roofing before hiring another roofer.
