I had a great experience with Cowboys Heating and Cooling. I called Dave on a weekend when we were having issues with our furnace and it was around 10 degrees outside. Instead of immediately pushing a weekend emergency service charge, he took the time to walk me through a few simple checks over the phone to get the heat back on. That alone meant a lot. About a month later, I called to schedule a full checkup on the furnace just to make sure everything was running properly. The office staff was incredibly kind and got me scheduled the same day. When Dave and Brandon came out, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything about the condition of the furnace and what to keep an eye on moving forward. It is hard to find honest, local companies like this. I am very grateful for their help and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Dave and his crew did a good job on installing our split heating and cooling unit. They arrived when they said they would and finished in time. The workmanship looks sturdy and the unit is working like they promised that it would.

Careful, thoughtful and first class investigation of problem and then do the proper repairs. I have had them come before when my system has had problems and they always did a great job and explained what was going on and how they were going to fix it...and they did. Very nice men!

They responded quickly and seem honest which goes a long way with me. they gave us several options. We are still waiting on the new furnace, but they were up front with that also. What told me a lot about is that that a hand shake was good enough(although we couldn't shake) . We will see how the work goes I believe it will be fine. that is why I gave a 5

Dave & his crew went above & beyond with our replacement of our Geo units. We have 2 units - one in the attic & one for our downstairs - a very unique setup. Last year we had the attic unit replaced by Cowboys and was very pleased with the design of the new unit - we went with a split unit for the attic because the attic access was too small for a new unit to fit through. This year we had them replace our downstairs unit which created a whole new set of challenges. Dave designed the system for us and we have been using it for a month now and couldn't be happier. Our home is now cozier than ever and we have peace of mind as well. Cowboys is VERY professional and great to work with. I definitely recommend them to anyone considering an upgrade for their HVAC system. They were also very reasonable with the pricing and I will not hesitate to call when our systems need service in the future. Thank you Dave on a job very well done! Tony

2 stage seems to keep house at even temp easier. only item i would change is the white pipe out the roof - shows on street side (on dark brown roof).

Reasonable arrival time versus planned time, considering the weather. Thorough trouble-shooting and a rapid fix. If I need HVAC service again, I will call them.

Brad was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, and took the time to show me where my system had failed and explain the various options to restore my central A/C. Scheduling was quick, and the repairs were conducted efficiently in minimal time. We are pleased with the professionalism of this company and the results of their efforts.

Mr. Roberts and his partner were very professional. They were prompt and immediately began their work. Mr. Roberts answered all my questions and was very thorough with his explanation of the work to be done. They were careful and made no mess in the furnace room. They completed the installation of the furnace and A/C in less than 8 hours! I am completely satisfied. I love our new furnace and air conditioner. They did a great job!

Great service. We had our entire Heating and Air conditioning system replaced by Cowboys. They were on time as discussed and did not leave until the job was completed. Also one of the products that we agreed to purchase was not available during the time frame inwhich we needed it, so they installed an upgrade (with our approval), for no additional charge. Again great service, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and others.

Dave and Brad were the absolute best!!!! They were honest with the estimate and gave me the best price up front without knowing my other estimates. They explained everything I needed to know about the job prior to install. They were here on time and had the job done sooner than I expected. They even fixed problems that a previous contractor created at no extra charge. They were very professional, trustworthy and intelligent.
