Put on autopay. Tried to cancel several times but they continued to make withdrawals from my checking account. I have asked them to stop for months. I am forced to call the bank and may have to take them to small claims court to try and get my money back.

VERY professional service. Prompt and fast and accurate. I used them years ago for carpenter ants and never had another one :). I used them last year for bats in my attic and they did a fantastic job. This spring when it seemed that the bats came back, Cowley's promptly came back, free of charge, and fixed the bat issue again. I would definitely use them again.

Extremely pleased and would recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very professional and courteous. He came to identify a bug and give a free estimate. After checking out the problem and taking a sample with him, he called me back within less than a half hour of leaving here with the information. It seems that our problem was able to be solved without any treatments from them and he recommended what we can do on our own to rectify the problem. I was amazed that they did not try to push any services or recommend something that we didn't need. I felt they were completely honest and weren't looking to make a quick profit
