Cox Appliance Service - Orlando

I absolutely DO NOT recommend in any way shape or form this company / repairman for any work. First he told me that the diagnostic was going to be $89 then he tells my husband that it is going to be $100. Then I confront him about it and he sounds like a little boy caught in a lie and says to me, oh yeah...$89. He runs the diagnostic and then tells my husband its an issue with a small part that he does not have on hand. However, he then proceeds to tell us both that he would not be able to fix it because he was going to be starting a new job with a new company on Monday and it would go against his contract with the new company he is starting with. Then he tells us that we could order the part and fix it ourselves. Then he says, if you have trouble though to give him a call and he would come and fix it. Well, my husband ordered the part himself. Replaced the part and it still does not work. This repairman is nothing but a joke and I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. He should not set foot in anyones home or be allowed to work on anyones appliances. Tim is not to be trusted!

On time. Performed service as expected.

90 bucks for five minutes, nothing fixed. New compressor cost more to replace than a new frig. That just seems crazy.

Nice experience

Professional and reliable.

My washing machine stopped working. The repair man was on time, friendly and explained what he found and what he could do. He was able to give me a time frame on how long my washer would hold out and fixed the machine so that it would work for now.

Did only the work that needed to be done. He was there when he said he was going to be there. Very happy with the work done.

Cox saved Christmas, they are my go to company from now on.

He quoted me one price and charge another price. When I called him to rectify the issue he yelled at me. Problem is still unsolved!!

I like the fact that he recommends looking at the cost of a new appliance, before I move forward in fixing the one I had, base on his repair cost.

This is the best Appliance Service in Central Florida. Tim is experienced, courteous, prompt, and a great repairman in all areas. I will hire him for every thing I need to have done.

Tim was great!

Excellent service, professional demeanor.

Tim serviced my freezer with a clogged drain line on 8/7/19. He stated he would fix it where it would not happen again. 30 days later,I have the same problem. I've attempted to contact him, leaving voice messages, twice in the last 48 hours. My next step will be to contest the charge with my credit card. In reading back thru his reviews, follow up has been a reoccurring issue.

Great fast friendly service! Highly recommend!

The service was spot on. He was a professional and reliable.

Great service.

Very professional and courteous..

This guy came to my house and within 5 minutes he was asking for my credit card, he charged then told me that he ll contact me back the next day because he wasn t so sure what was going on with the refrigerator , he seems like he had no clue of what he was doing, odd behavior... Just terrible experience!! I am planning to report him to the best business bureau and I also filled a dispute with American Express

My front load washer door lock broke ( no trouble shooting needed ) the cost was: $47.64 parts, $155.00 labor total $202.64 and it only took about 30 minutes. Is that not ridiculous?

Our refrigerator was emitting a high pitched squeal on and off for a few days. We reached out in a Sunday night, received an immediate response, and made an appointment for the next day. The service person was on time and examined the fridge and suggested the issue may be a build up of dust on the back of the fridge. After cleaning it out he told us where specifically to listen Incase the noise came back. Luckily it hasn t returned and our drive is back to normal.

A bit expensive but very profesional
