The customer service experience was wonderful. Very patient and understanding as I had bids out to multiple vendors prior to making my final decision. The quote was in the middle of the pack, but the materials were better than the lowest bid. The appointment was kept on time, they were in and out in one day (single story roof), and the cleanup was immaculate, with no trace that they had been there. The quality of the job was a major 'curb appeal' feature when the house was sold last summer.

Of course it rained on the day of install and I was going out of town that thursday so Dover rescheduled for the following Monday for the install. But since the weather was so good that weekend Dover decided to go ahead and start the install on that Saturday and the job was completed on Sunday. It was such a great surprise to find the job successfully completed and wow what a clean out. My new roof is looking real good.

Quality work at a reasonable cost.

The roofing job was completed as specified. My family is pleased with the final product. Brent kept me informed during the course of the job regarding any problem. This job did require additional wood replacement which was I was made aware of immediately. The roofing and construction crew were efficient, work working, pleasant, and did an adequate job of cleaning up. They even came to work on Sunday to expedite the job being completed on time. I had a lower estimate originally which Brent matched. I chose Brent over others because the of time he spent dicussing every aspect of the job. A TV antenna and tree limbs were also removed

All work was finished to my satisfaction. Certain unforseen obstacles caused the job to take longer than expected, but I was not charged any more money for this contractor inconvenience.

I was satisfied with the workmanship on the roof and new siding. However the shingle delivery truck came accros my lawn and destroyed my water meter top. Dover told me that the roof shingle company would replace the meter top; however the meter belongs to the city, so only they can replace it. I have called the City, it's been a week and they have not replaced it yet. Also,my wife was not happy with the damage done to her flower garden.

Very nice company to deal with. Their rates were competitive, arrived when expected, completed the work on time and cleaned up nicely. What more can you ask for? I would certainly recommend them.

All the work was completed on time in a very professional manner. Everything was cleaned up leaving the yard looking like it did before they came. I would recommend Dover.

Once we signed the contract he called me at the end of each working day to check in, explain the next steps and update the plan for the next day. When there was a weather delay I was called immediately with an explanation. When damage to the roof proved more extensive than anticipated resulting in a significant increase in costs, he negotiated the change order very fairly. Cleanup was meticulous. Bottom line - I got an excellent job at an extremely fair price - significantly less than my lovely neighbors paid for a much lower quality job - but please don't tell them!"

I received a call from Dover within 4 hours of entering my request on Service Magic...The next day Brent from Dover met with me, gave me a reasonable price, and my gutters were up the next day. Dover was efficient, prompt, and provided exactly what I wanted at the price I expected. I definitely will use Dover for my next project.

We hired Dover to replace our old slate shingles with new asphalt shingles. Brent, from Dover Construction,r offered to do the job for a very reasonable price, and left us with the feeling that the job would be done the right wayt. In the end, the job was started and completed very shortly after we signed a contract, and our roof looks great.

There were too many charges beyond the original estimate. This was largely due to hidden roof board damage. These charges were necessary and acceptable. While the roof work was more than satisfactory, there were a couple of details that were not. This included driveway damage from the delivery truck and unsightly trim work that was not completed. Also, after being told that there would be no further charges, the cost of the project was increased. In summary, I would obtain many estimates to develop a complete picture of any and all work that needs to be done.

Dover construction was very good to me. I got a good price and good service. They got the job done in a timely fashion and made sure I was satisfied at the end of the job. I would and have recommended Dover to a friend. Thank you.
