"HI Ralph, We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. After reviewing your project, we have seen that our staff has been in continual communication with you regarding updates on phases. You contracted with us on 10/15 and we broke ground on 10/26. We are currently 75% complete with your project 3 months in despite having 3 major holidays and continual materials shortages. We are currently on track to complete your project within the next 30 days which would put you at 4 months from contract to swimming. I am sure you have done much research and found that most companies have a 4-month backlog alone. Every email or message that has been sent has been responded to in a timely manner. If you have an outstanding issue that has not yet been addressed or acknowledged, please let us know. Our customers needs and satisfaction are very important to us. Thank you!"
