Foundation, Basement or Crawlspace Waterproofing / Encapsulation
The French drain they installed failed
They asked for pictures, I sent them told me it was probably clogged so I had rotor rooter run a camera through, no clog. I was told they would be out to make repairs the following Wed, or Thursday. That was a year ago. One year later still no communication and no one has been to the house. I will get someone elde to make repairs.
I?m very disappointed

They were the best and couldnâ t be more satisfied!! Earl put in a channel drain in front of our garage and did an exceptional job, he certainly knows what he is doing!!! We would recommend them to anyone!! Nikki was so efficient and very personable on the office side of things and was on top of everything!! Thanks to both of you!!

This company is awesome, my first contact was with Nikki and she was so nice and a great communicator and very efficient!! Earl came out very quick to give us an estimate and he is so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly!! We hired him and couldn't be more pleased with the work he did!!! They deserve more than 5 stars!! He worked in that 90 degree heat all day and our channel drain in front of the garage is exactly what we needed!! You will not go wrong with this company!!

This company has always been great to work with. Besides being great at what they do, they are always super punctual and their pricing is competitive! The staff is always top-notch by communicating throughout the entire process. They are great at educating clients along the way giving them options to allow the customer the opportunity to be more cost-efficient and explaining the differences in the options and services they provide. I highly recommend Cox W MI Waterproofing to anyone!
