I hired Coyne Contracting (Garett) for a bathroom remodel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The overall quality of work left much to be desired, and it felt like a series of unmet promises. The contractor, who was very nice, proved to be inexperienced, encountering numerous issues throughout the project. The tile and grout work, in particular, was poorly executed, necessitating the involvement of another professional to salvage the mess. It was evident that he was in over his head. In the end, what was meant to be an exciting transformation turned into a source of stress and disappointment. My once-beloved bathroom is now riddled with errors (brand new tiles with scratches, brand new vanity with scratches) and I find myself longing for the simplicity of its previous state. In hindsight, I regret choosing Coyne for this project. It is essential to thoroughly vet contractors to ensure they possess the necessary expertise for the job at hand. I wish i had done more due diligence than just ask for pictures of previous jobs. Unfortunately, my experience with him fell short of expectations, and I cannot recommend their services based on the outcome of my bathroom remodel.
