Coyâ s Plumbing arrived to address a problem of an odd noise under the house. A copper pipe had a large leak and was causing an electrical sparking issue as well. The technicians needed the water and electricity to be shut off, which was done. Parts were needed (not on truck) to make the repair. Both took off, returning 2 hours later from their round trip from Prosser to Sunnyside to get the copper pipe. The fix of the problem was excellent; their work only took 1 hour 15 minutes to complete the task on site. However, after showing me the invoice alleging 8.5 hours of labor, it turns out they charged the time for both of them to go get the parts needed, 2 hours for round trip to Sunnyside (total of 32 miles). Instead of leaving one behind to prepare the old pipe, they likely charged the time it took for lunch (just guessing by the length of time they were gone). I wanted to talk to the owner, who was unavailable all week, into the next week. So, I paid the exaggerated bill including the 8.5 hours labor, but want to warn others of this abuse of charges.

Daniel did a great job! He let me know when he would arrive and was on time. He worked hard and quickly. He kept me informed about what he was doing and why. He was very professional in every way. The cost was very reasonable as well.

these gentlemen were very courteous and professional.they were punctual & completed the job quicker than the time it would have taken others. I had asked around & other plumber's claimed it would be 3hrs to do the job.I had given these guys the wrong measurements by mistake and they had to take the one they brought back and switch it. even with that setback they still made better time than the competition. And they kept there cool under the extreme pressure of having an 80 year old man with a tendency to comment rudely, interrupt,and scream excessively, who was critical about every issue, hovering about through the process ans they remained professional and respectful. i would definitely recommend them and would hire them again although I would feel bad to have them endure the old mans ranting. good job gentlemen. Our watee heater was ready to blast off into space but you guys arrived in time to save the day.

Know what corrections to your project are ahead of time so you can adjust or make atrangements for repairs. Some molding, floor repairs ect. May follow your project that isn't in the original work- order. The workers know their keep but other problems may arise ad tendency with home repairs. Try to work and plan ahead.

Didn't return to estimate additional project work I was considering. It was kind of a bigish job but never heard from them again. I don't mind but don't tell me you will and then just ignore the request. If you don't want the project just say so.

I was told it would cost approx $125. I was charged $235 plus tax! He said it was because we talked too much so that he was at my house for more than one hour. We were making small talk, plus he wanted to see the rest of my house & yard (I was considering selling it) and he gave me estimates & advice on other plumbing projects. I would think that estimates are free. I wish he would have told me I would be charged for talking to him. He is very friendly and courteous and does good work.

These guys were awesome. I called on a short notice and these guys came out and did the work very quick. Other contractors I called were too busy and could not do it in a timely manner. I highly recommended these guys. True professionals.
