.Tim Marx did a horrible on job on what he did do, never came back to fix it. He took money, tore up my house and wouldn't come back to finish the job. He said he was coming 10 different times and never showed up. I gave him the option of just returning my money or giving me the supplies he supposedly purchased, but haven't heard back sense the last time he stood me up. p.

The Sunday after Christmas lead to a series of unfortunate events which required my front door to be replaced. I called Cozy Comfort, and Tim Marx arrived within an hour and began working on the project. Within four hours, the new door was in. It was great work, and he was very friendly. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. The price was very reasonable and the job was finished immediately. I'm very satisfied.

Came and gave a quote, and wanted to start the next day. Then did not come for 3 days. He did a good job and I paid him. After he left, there was a problem with the job. I contacted him and he was going to come the next day, but did not come. Then he was going to come on Monday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday. Did not show on Friday and did not call, I contacted him. He then said he would come Saturday morning, did not show, didnot call. I left him a message and he still has not called back.
