Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Dear Service Magic, I have been very disappointed with this methods of contracting services for my new roof. I contacted Dave Smith of Cozy Construction in Dec. of 2003. A rep. came out named Doug Seamans and quoted me a price. I accepted and placed a deposit for 1/3 of the amt. of the job. The check has been cashed but as of this date I have not had any work done. Dave Smith the owner did call me in March of 2004 but I have not heard from him since and all his phone lines have been disconnected. I fear I have been scammed out of $ 2,600.00. I have talked to the state police and they have advised me to file a claim against Cozy construction and your organization for failure to produce advertized service.
