For a couple of weeks I was having issues with my furnace. The first effort to fix it didn't work so I called Cozy home solutions to take a look at it. I called at about 1:30 in the afternoon on Friday and by 3:20 Steven, the owner, arrived. Within 20 minutes the problem was diagnosed and a part was ordered. Shortly after he called to schedule the install, which we agreed would be Tuesday morning. About 30 minutes or so after that call is when Malachi showed up with the part and said he was there to install it, a pleasant surprise! Another 20 minutes later a new induction motor and pressure switch was installed and Malachi was packing up. Both Steven and Malachi were very knowledgeable and good at explaining the mechanics of my furnace and what the issue was. They were very timely, efficient, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any issue or tune up in the future and would recommend them to anyone!

Steven and his technicians are all knowledgeable and friendly. They also come with highly advanced combustion analysis meters that are very precise and detected unsafe levels in my 10yo unit that was fully functioning. When I was told I needed a new unit, I did not want to accept this diagnosis, but now I see what a blessing it was to have their equipment detect this problem. Upon further inspection, during the furnace replacement. there was actually a hole rusted through one of the chambers - if you want to know how dangerous that is, you should Google it. Feeling very fortunate to be a Cozy Home customer - they are on top of their game and know what they’re doing - and they will explain it to you until you know what they’re doing, too!

My furnace went out unexpectedly, and Steven was over within the day to give me a detailed quote. He came prepared and had already conducted his load flow analysis prior to arriving and already knew what I needed. He also offered a very competitive quote, and furthermore offered and ultimately installed the unit himself to get us up and running ASAP. With Cozy home solutions quick response we had a new furnace up and running less than 2 days after the old furnace went out. I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and recommend Cozy home solutions to anyone with heating & cooling needs. Always happy to support local business as well!
