I had a great experience with the technician who repaired my dryer. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. Throughout the visit he was professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. The repair was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I also appreciated that he answered my questions and gave helpful tips on maintaining the dryer to prevent future issues. Overall, the service was excellent. I’m very satisfied with the repair and would definitely recommend this technician to anyone needing appliance service.

The technician showed up over 2 hours late, completely outside of the arrival window, and never once called or texted to let me know. I tried calling twice and got no answer. When he finally arrived, he said our dryer?s heating element needed to be replaced and quoted $275, but never mentioned that he only accepts cash. After the ?repair,? he left my laundry room a mess and didn?t even put all the screws back, I found 6 lying all over the floor. Only after the service was completed did he tell me he only takes cash and wouldn?t take my card. I paid $280, and he didn?t offer any change back. Now my dryer sounds worse than before and still doesn?t heat at all. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of money.

On around Apr 16, I noticed the temperature in my refrigerator and freezer begin to rise. By Apr 19, the temperatures had increased to unacceptable levels, at which time I contacted Angi via their website to request a pro to repair my refrigerator. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from Ahmed Hamdi of Cozy Tech, who agreed to do the work, which was scheduled for Apr 19. He arrived within the agreed-to time interval and began by inspected my freezer and removed some items therefrom. After a few minutes, he told me it would cost $375 to fix the problem. I agreed, and he continued working. After about two hours, he told me the problem was fixed, and I paid him by check. About three hours later, I noticed that neither the refrigerator nor the freezer were cooling, so I called Ahmed to report that fact. He told me that it could take 24 hours for the cooling to occur. The next day (Apr 20), I observed that no cooling had occurred, so I called Ahmed to report that fact. I left a message on his voicemail to return my call. Another day went by (still no cooling), and he hadn't returned my call. I then filed this complaint with Angi. I have since purchased a new refrigerator, scheduled to be delivered Apr 24.

Cozy Tech came to my house on Tuesday April 14, 2026 to repair my refrigerator/freezer. The issue was my refrigerator/freezer was staying cool. The had melted in the ice reservoir and the water was running out of the freezer. Some of my food had unthawed. The tech cleaned the ice that had formed at the bottom of the freezer. He tested the ice machine with a meter and ensure me that everything was working properly. I p[aid the tech for his services and he left. Wednesday when I came home from work, I had the same issue my refrigerator/ freezer isn't working properly. I called the tech and he stated he would be at my house today between noon and 3:00pm. He said he would call me when he was on his way. It's now 5:16pm and I haven't heard from him. I called him at 3:43pm and texted him at 5:00 pm and he hasn't contacted me. I'm really upset and I reported this company Cozy Tech to Angi.

The repair person responded extremely fast and was able to perform the service in a more than reasonable timeframe. Shortly after he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. He then began to repair the freezer. He was more rough than I would have liked with the hardware and ended up replacing most of the screws that were stripped. After completing the work I was assured the problem was fixed and I paid the agreed upon amount that was also a reasonable price for the efficiency of work. However, after 24 hours the freezer was still not getting cold. So I redid all the work I watched him do and saw the icing had completely stopped the fan. Once I removed the ice the freezer began to work again. Overall, I think the information and work provided was worth the price but I cannot rate him higher do to the additional work necessary to complete the job.

Heating element went bad, technician charges $300 to fix it. Appliance breaks down again, when called after the breakdown,technician says he s gonna schedule a repair appointment since repair still under warranty, now technician doesn t answer my call,acting so unprofessional and seems to distance from customer since job is still under warranty

Poor service due to the fact that after the belt was replaced about two weeks later i heard a noise in my dryer like a screw or something may have fallen inside the drum somewhere, i notice the technician was having issues with removing the screws. I placed at least 4 calls and left messages to have someone come and check the noise out because it was not making noise when he came, the dryer just didn't start. The tech was suppose to come out February 13th between 4-6 pm noone showed up , when i finally reached Amhed he stated that evening that he tried to call me but no one answered the phone which is false. He said someone would come out on March 1st AGAIN no one showed up. I tried calling several times phone goes directly to voice mail.

Ahmed was courteous from the first conversation. Even better he showed up and was very knowledgeable regarding the dryer. He initially mentioned that the control board was the problem but went above and beyond to find other means to get the dryer working. I have this company on my list of go-tos for sure. I called them and they was so professional they fix my dryer in the same day. Highly recommended them
