In addition to install a lifetime warranty sump pump, Cozzie also replace and install my pipe connector for free on Christmas Eve. They keep their words when they promised to come back to do extra work for free when they were overflow by other work orders.

Richard Cozzie and his team were great. Professional, knowledgeable, organized, neat, reasonable, and timely. Could not have asked for a better job done. They installed an ejector pump in our basement in 6 hours.

I liked that I received a call almost immediately after requesting contact. I also liked that it wasn't a salesperson calling me. When you have water in your home, you want quick action! Cozzie came out for a free inspection the next day. They identified the source of the water and gave me a quote within 24 hours and the work was completed within a week! They were professional and courteous. Local small businessmen who work long hours to get the job done. I have already recommended them to 2 other friends who have water in their basement.

I received a call from Slavisa (Steve) on a Sunday - within minutes of my posting on AngiesList looking for a licensed contractor who could fix some foundation cracks for me. They came to check the next day- and completed the work the following day. Am pleased with their service, and kindness and lifetime guarantee.

Richard and Steve were excellent, highly professional. They completed our basement waterproofing and sealing on time and when they said they would. They went over and above during the project. They have a high attention to detail and produce quality work. We intend to contract Richard and Steve for more projects in the future.

I made an appointment with Richard. On appointment date I called him to confirm but was told that he would have an MRI and cannot come so we rescheduled. when he came for work with a helpet, wrote a contract. He did some of the work (poor quality though) and did not finish the rest. The gutter was not leveled, nor cleaned. He had hand injury so that might have affected his work but he did have help and he did not come back to finish the job for which he was paid.

They did a great job installing an attic opening on very short notice. I received an estimate the same day I contacted them, communication was great and very friendly service. The job they did was excellent, even impressed our home inspector. I will definitely consider them for future projects .
