Immediate call back from the app. Same day service (on a holiday with no additional fee) had part the next day and completely repaired with veterans discount. CJ very knowledgeable and great guy. Great prices and discount for maintenance contract!

This was the most confident I have ever felt about having the right company service my HVAC system. I had a problem that was caused by inferior work from the last company I took a chance on. I now have a service contract and can trust that all work will be done properly. They are friendly and explain all work and costs up front. Very happy knowing I am in good hands now. Thanks so much!!

This company seems to really go the extra mile to make its customers happy. Everyone I have spoken to thus far has been very friendly, and goes through the effort to make sure I understand what repairs need to be done and why. I trust their judgment and so far have never felt like they are just trying to make money off me but rather they want me to be comfortable in my home. I'd certainly recommend Crabtree to friends in the area!

Called back early, was not able to repair because the unit had frozen solid. Came back the same day early afternoon and repaired the unit. Very nice people and took care of the issue for a very reasonable price.

Just completed the repairs yesterday do value for the money question is a little too early to competently judge. Time will tell if I spent my money wisely. But overall I feel pretty confident about the repairs.

CJ showed up first thing and was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and is on the hunt for parts (you know COVID and all supply houses dont have lots of suplies). He got my problem temporarily fixed and I look forward to his return!!

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
