Not at all impressed. Was there 15 mn for a cleaning and told me I needed hundreds of dollars of repairs! Wish I could get my money back. Signed up for extended plan..

I was swindled in payment. Over the phone we discussed one price base on the amount of vents in the home and then in person, after the work was complete, the price remained the same even though many of my vents could not be cleaned. This was justified conveniently by saying that the quote was not based on the amount of vents but instead on the square footage of home which was never disclosed. I would recommend discussing and locking in the price with them during the appointment, before work is started, and after a visual inspection has been done.

Bobby Jr. and Bobby Sr. were both courtesy and professional. They were very knowledgeable about the service and gave suggestions of how I could maintain my furnace effectively.

Mr. Crabtree took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions.

I would like to say, that I’m very pleased with Crabtree Services! I’m excited to say that I was able to get service after contacting them late in the afternoon the same day. That’s Customer Service at its best! Now, after explaining the problem that was told to me by 2 previous A/C companies, the coil evaporator was leaking Freon and would need to be replaced. Now, without hesitation he suggested an alternative solution (Freon leak stoppage) before I invest in a complete system overhaul. This is a produce that he used in his home system without any problems at this time. Hopefully I will have the same good results. I took his suggestion. Now, this is a first for me, when they are in the money making business! How many companies can you think of that suggest saving you money, first? After inspecting both of my units (inside, the attic and outside) (which was not done by the 2 previous companies just 30 days apart) he noticed that the drain pan was filled with water, as a result caused the system to shut-off this time. The drain lines were stopped up, which they drained on the spot, again never inspected by the 2 previous companies. They filled my unit with the leak stoppage, checked the pressure and no Freon was needed this time, not like in the first 2 company visits. After the service was completed I received a detailed invoice of what service was performed. Because of his honesty upfront, I completed a maintenance plan, hopefully to alleviated future problems early and any trip visit fees. I would highly recommend “Crabtree Services” for any A/C work that needs to be done in your home. Very respectful company!

The services were outstanding. Bobby Crabtree was very professional and knowledgeable and honest, and the services were repaired in a timely manner. The pricing of the services were very reasonable, and there was a special on the HVAC maintenance which was a huge savings due to the special promotion offer on the maintenance service. This is the best Heating and Air business we've encountered. I would highly recommend them as the best service provider in this business to anyone.

Both Bobby and CJ were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They arrived quickly to diagnose and resolve our issue. Bobby and CJ performed annual maintenance on both Air Conditioning units at my house. Their professional methods and pleasant demeanors were appreciated. The special on HVAC maintenance was purchased because the promotion being offered would make sure that my air and heat systems would be taken care of each season for four years. Now I won't forget annual maintenance and I got a great deal that could be transferred to new owners should I move.

Bobby Crabtree, owner, came out on an emergency basis. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to make a second trip the next day due to the complexity of the problem, bring a snake camera. He did not charge me an additional trip fee and gave excellent advice regarding how to maintain my system(s).
