Unreliable, calls/emails not answered in timely manner. Unprofessional along with incompetent concrete finishing skills. Scheduled 5 job appts, all cancelled short/no call notice. Do not expect this business to be prepared to manage/complete a job on time. Blame will be deflected to suppliers/vendors and disproved weather. Patio looks terrible. Dishonest in trying to silence my negative review. I do NOT recommend this business.

Fair price, good customer service, on time and project done as expected

Lots of communication, detailed estimate provided, arrived on time, finished the job on time, cleaned up the construction materials. All in all an excellent experience.

The project was to complete repairs for a home inspection prior to the closing of a sale. They consistently showed up on time. This company backs their words with actions. Final project turned out great. Would definitely refer and/or hire again.

Tim from Crack Attack Team, went far beyond our expectations. He carefully inspected our crawl space and basement before providing us with multiple options to address our needs. Since we had already hired two other companies to perform work that the crack attack team could have also helped us with it didn't seem to deter Tim from working smoothly with our other companies as well as assist us to make sure our over all project were successful. I can't say enough how helpful the Crack Attack team was to our project. Tim showed up on time, explained everything that needed to be done plus answered other unrelated basement and concrete related questions. Cleaned up after himself and patiently answered my million questions and was not at all bothered by me following him around while he worked. Excellent service

At my job I've dealt with other concrete contractors. None of them were as thorough as Tim and Crack Attack. They were very detailed with there plan to fill in my crawlspace and were extremely patient and answered all my questions. After the work was completed, I had some more questions. Tim performed fantastic follow-up. Highly recommended company.

The Crack Attack team did an excellent job of fixing our window well. Tim carefully and thoroughly inspected our basement, identified problem spots, and provided us options to fix them. He also patiently answered additional questions I had with regard to the basement and sump pump. Additionally, his quote was very reasonable. The Crack Attack team was very professional - they showed up on time, completed the project quickly and efficiently, did a couple of more small fixes at no additional cost, and cleaned up afterwards.
