Margaret is our go-to person for cleaning our house in Three Oaks, Michigan. She does a wonderful job, is easy to communicate with, flexible and works with us on scheduling, and has been extremely reliable. Her work is thorough and complete every time. I can't recommend her enough.

We just completed a renovation of our basement. Marget came and was able to clean the upstairs area of the house and make it dust free. She cleaned our bathrooms and even cleaned between the Windows. She was very thorough and made sure my wife and I were happy with everything before she left. All and all I was very happy with her work and will defiantly contact her in the future for more work.

I didn't feel she was worth the money. She did not move items off the floors to mop, just mopped around them. She completely missed sweeping, cleaning the toilet and mopping the floor in one bathroom. It normally takes us 3-4 hous to thoroughly clean our house, and for her first time, she was out in 2 1/2. I'm not sure what was missed, but she couldn't have cleaned the essentials thoroughly.

"I did move all movable furniture and vacuumed under them. You told me to vacuum with a canister vacuum on the hard floors. I vacuumed all hard floor, Then mopped with the special cleaner you requested and provided. I did not miss a toilet let alone a whole bathroom. Your company kept going in the downstairs bathroom when I was trying to clean it. I clean under everything. You and other people in the home was walking around me the whole time I was vacuuming the living room and kitchen. It took my 3 hours to clean your home or better. I'm sorry that it was not what you expected. I'm not happy till you are. How can I make things better?"

I guess I expected more than I got. She hit the high points, but didn't get behind furniture. In the kitchen she left a paper clip and paring knife in the toe area under the cabinets. She did a wonderful job getting a 60 year old bathtub clean along with a 40 year old glass shower door. In time I think we could get along, but right now I realize with other big expenses, I am going to have to keep trying to keep the house clean myself. Nothing personal just a lot of unexpected expenses came along at once and being a new widow, I just don't have the monies coming in that I had when my husband was alive. Please understand. Thank you.

"I cleaned from top to bottom in your home. You told me not to move any furniture, But there was one chair I was able vacuum behind and I did. There was 2 paper clips there that day. I picked them up and put them on the table next to the chair. I did pick up a paring knife that was under the ledge of the kitchen sink and put it on your cutting board. Thank you for letting me know that I did a great job on your old showers. I appreciate that very much. If there is any thing I can do to better our service together please let me know. When you money gets better I pray that you will have me back on.Please forgive me for not getting back sooner."

My experience with Craft cleaning service was great. They were on time, and did there work very well. They were not bother by the fact that I was still moving things into my vehicle. They started work right away and asked questions to assure that they were cleaning what I wanted them to clean. My landlord even commented that we had left the place better than when we had moved in.

work quality ok. I was quoted $30per hour minimum 2hrs. she was here for two hours and charged for "4 man hours". I didn't mind the $120 but wasn't what she quoted and expected her to be here longer than two hours. Her and a teenager worked here. I'm a business person and this is just bad business. I would not recommend her for just this reason alone not the quality of the work,

Margret called ahead to remind me that she was coming, and she cleaned, my blinds look brand new, and the carpets look wonderful too, she is said she will be back in two weeks and gave me a quote that day on how much it will cost for her to do the second round, I was not home when she came but she is very trustworthy person, my house looks awesome
