they were great once we were able to stop playing phone tag. they came the day we finally got a hold of each other and were fantastic. He was professional and in and out. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME HALF OF WHAT HORIZON WANTED. In addition the horizon guy just scheduled me for repair. I got a call from them saying he was on his way when I never consented him to do so. would use again and again.

They were quick to call to set the job up and came out the next day, that was great. However, after the job was done, I had to call to request that they come back as the water pressure in my kitchen faucet they repaired was not the same as before they fixed it. Unfortunately, I have reached out several times and left messages, they will not call me back. I am sorry now that I hired them. That is not acceptable customer service. Also, when I left my messages they have no message on their service to even identify who they are.

They stayed in telephone contact until work could be scheduled and completed,,, polite and courteous, very old world standards of doing business and therefore uncommon, sadly, but they are great, I AM VERY IMPRESSED,,, small job, they accepted., acceptable price. Work done quickly, they cleaned up. Good company I think.

They came out in January to fix our broken sewer pipe. they had the pipe replaced in the same day.

Bill is amazing and so dedicated. While there, my central air unit went out. He sent two guys, same day to get both jobs done. Couldn't be HAPPIER!!

Service was excellent. We had an appointment for 8 A.M., but no one came. When we called we were told that we had "not been put on the schedule." They apologized and rescheduled for 2:30 P.M. We are very satisfied with the work.

The gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very comfortable with the work he was doing.
