Rush took us for over $6k, will not return to finish the work, and refuses to refund for the incomplete work. Stay clear; research his name, previous companies for similar stories, and new company names.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We had so many problems with Rush and Craftworks that we eventually sued in small claims court and won. However, Rush still has not paid us the money we are legally owed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner did not complete over $2k of work we paid for. He stated work would be complete in 2 weeks and after 5 months it is still not complete. He had poor craftmanship, lacked attention to detail, and would not follow manufacturer instructions. He also had to get another contractor involved due to not being able to do the work himself. We had to do half the work ourselves. He lacks responsiveness and would not show up for weeks at a time with no response. This is the worst contractor I have worked with in my life. He would not even clean up the trash he left in the yard. I have photos that show the fence we paid in full for and how he left it, and also photos of posts floating over footings because he did no layout. We had to complete the rest. He also did not complete others areas of the project and we had to buy materials that we had already paid for.
