After years of putting off the dreaded roof replacement along with new gutters and some siding repair, we decided it needed to be done a few months ago. I reached out to 4 companies of varying sizes, and was lucky enough to stumble across Crafted Exterior Services. The other companies made things very difficult with scheduling, and one even told me they would not go over estimates without scheduling a time AFTER the consultation (which took 3+ hours!), which I just didn't have the time or patience for. The entire team at Crafted Exterior Services was an absolute delight to work with, from scheduling with Courtney, to the consultation with Wes, and the team that did the replacement. Every step of the way I had someone on the team that I could call and ask questions, and not once did they make me feel like I was a nuisance, and took the time to give me the correct answer. They went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for me, and I cannot stress enough how refreshing

We recently had our siding replaced with board and batten. From the initial visit to the final walk thru.. these group of kind people do not miss attention to detail at all! We are so glad we chose Crafted Exteriors to upgrade our home.

Did a sloppy job on installing our new roof we're very unsatisfied with it.

First the Pros: The quality of the product is good and the installation after one year seems to be okay (No Leaks). The price for materials and labor was fair Now for the cons: The crew, which consisted of a foreman, two installers, and another person who sat in his truck and played on his phone for most of the day, arrived on time but took almost tweleve hours to complete a 1500 square foot rencher. Other people showed up later to help clean up. The only people who actually did any real work on the job were the two installers on the roof. As luck would have it, once the old shingles and ridge vent were removed a random thunderstorm hit (No rain was predicted in the forecast) and flooded my house through the ridge vent opening. This could have easily been prevented if the foreman and the other person who were both sitting in their trucks playing on their phones would have noticed the sky darkening and instructed the two workers to cover the vent with tarps. I called Wes and informed him that my house had been flooded and he acted like that was my problem. I told him he needed to come out right away and check for water damage. He showed up over four hours later and said he wasn't responsible. Fortunately, there was no extensive water damage so I didn't have to sue for damages. Wes told me when I signed the contract that all nails and trash would be removed once the roof was completed. I found pieces of shingles, candy wrappers, and drink bottles for a month after they left. After stepping on a nail that went through my shoe and into my foot, I decided to buy a magnetic roller and check for nails. I wish I could post a photo of what I found. Litterly hundreds of nails and fasteners were left behind. I found some nails over 50 feet from the house. This is not acceptable. If you have small children or dogs you won't want this crew to do the cleanup. My advice? pay the extra money and get a professional crew for your project. You'll be glad you did.

Called Wes on Wednesday afternoon and explained the issue w/ the home We purchased 2yr. ago & told Him the gutters had wire covers , but that the gutters appeared stuffed with leaves & sticks. Wes called this morning (Thursday) & said He would be on the way to "knock out those gutters" showed up w/ a helper, looked @ the challenge & got right to work! The gutters are spotless & Wes & His helper reinstalled the gutter guards (screens) also did the gutter (1) on Our small shed! I truly feel since calling Crafted Exteriors (Wes) I have no reservations about calling Him again!

After a windstorm I had a lot of shingles that came off my roof. I t was fairly old anyway and really needed to be replaced. I talked to Wes from Crafted Exterior Services and he came by the same day to survey the damage and to give me a quote on the spot. I had another quote also and Wesâ s quote was much better. Wes is very professional and also very personable and easy to talk to. Very straight forward and explained the project in detail. I had already contacted my insurance company so the next step was to wait for the inspector. That took about a week and a half. Wes came out and met with my inspector and myself. It turned out that that was a God send. The inspector didnâ t really bring any of the necessary equipment needed to survey the damage. Wes ended up having to get on the roof and take the necessary pictures and mark up the damaged areas with a chalk. He did all of that for me at no extra charge at all. That is not really something that he should have had to do so I was and am very grateful. Then a about two weeks later we I was ready to move ahead with the project. Wes had the materials here within a day and we started the projects on Monday. The crew were great. The job was done fast, efficiently and with skill and great quality. It is just a beautiful job and I am getting a lot of positive comments from my neighbors. They also did a wonderful job of cleaning up after it was all done. I am very impressed with Crafted Exterior Services. Highly professional and responsive. I will use them again for any projects I will have in the future for any of the services they offer. I will also refer them to my friends and family. If you are looking for a great new roof you canâ t, go wrong with Crafted Exterior Services I highly recommend them.

Crafted Exteriors Is an exceptionally run company. Our roof was completed in a day with gutters to be completed the following weekend. The quality of work is awesome. Wes takes great pride in all aspects of his business. He was in contact with us every step of the way. Our roof is BEAUTIFUL and now safe. Crafted was my fourth quote for a new roof as I was starting to lose hope for finding a decent roofing contractor in the area. One guy quoted twice as much, another said the wood under the shingles looked rotten before even touching a ladder. But instead, Crafted spent the time explaining common situations as well as what to expect. As others have mentioned, Wes is very personable. He knows what he's talking about and is eager to get the job done flawlessly. The material was delivered on schedule, then a few days later, the roof was finished and cleaned up in a single day. I randomly mentioned an issue I was having as a first-time home-buyer as we discussed his quote, and he made an extra trip out to my house to help guide me with his expertise. This saved me from finding a contractor and being billed a couple of hundred dollars most likely. One guy is trying to charge me double, the other has x-ray vision, and Wes pretty much does a person favor.. I am a stickler for getting the job done right, especially when there is this much money at stake. Wes met and exceeded my expectations by far.

crafted is fitting for their name - they know their craft and they do it expertly. i was looking to have a new roof installed - its a steep roof with a parapet wall that needed to be flashed and capped. i wont get into times with quotes from other contractors but ill put it this way - crafted exterior services had my roof installed by the time one of them got back to me with a quote. to start, we'd set a date and time for the estimate, crafted showed up on right on time. he was professional, clean, technical and passionate about not just doing the job but doing it well. i was sold when he said with inspiration:. i like to work, i want this job! you can just tell when someone likes what they do. he did some measurements, got in his car, ran some numbers and within minutes gave us a quote. i was so impressed with them that i was ready to hire them right there - however, i was trying to be prudent and had another quote lined up for the next week and was planning on waiting to see what they would quote...so i told wes id be in touch. i woke up the next morning knowing crafted exterior services was for me - you dont get better than a fair price from someone thats skilled and loves what they do. let him know that morning id like to hire him for the job....it's saturday evening of the same week and my new roof is completely finished. their crew worked hard, cleaned everything up when they left; they were courteous and focused on doing a great job..and they even closed my rear gate when the left. the roof looks great - the flashing and capping - the metal guy, sal - he's a master, the attention to detail he put into it is extraordinary, it totally changed the appearance of an old brick parapet wall to a sleek, water-tight wall/roof with character, im so impressed with his work. and wes was simply awesome - he kept me posted of everything along the way - you wont beat their communication, dedication and craft.

The owner, the workers and and company are all top notch!!!! We were stressed about needing to replace our roof and didnâ t know much about the how-toâ s and what-not. Wes came to our home, did an inspection, gave us several options and was very professional. My wife wasnâ t home at the time of inspection so he came a day later to answer her questions and listen to her concerns. He was very thoughtful and explained things thoroughly. After the consultations, he assured us he would call the following Monday and order the materials. He called first thing Monday, materials had already been ordered and the job was done that Thursday!!!! We are in awe and have had THE BEST experience with Crafted Exterior Services! Would recommend to everyone!!!! These guys made the whole process painless and did a wonderful job!!!

Great communication and fast service. I got an reasonable estimate quickly via email and was called to discuss the project in detail. The roofing and gutter job was done in one day. I’m happy with the results.

Wes and his team did a wonderful job on my roof. It was leaking and needed replaced. Wes gave me a timeframe of two weeks and said my project was a priority due to the leaks. Within one week Wes and his team had shingles delivered and my roof installed. Wes made us feel like we were his only customers even though he is very busy. He has been out to our house several times to check the work and to ensure it is perfect. I have confidence in Wes when I call or text he will respond.

If you are looking to have your roof replaced I would very much recommend this company. They promptly scheduled us an appointment and had the roof being replaced within the next week. The owner took time to thoroughly explain all the materials and the process during our appointment. We had a great experience and our new roof looks wonderful.
