We had a leak and they were here in 2 hours. They assessed the situation and had it fixed in 1 hour. Cleaned up and left. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

Craftsman Plumbing is quick, responsive, prompt and honest service. Nathan fixed the problem in minutes and offered good advice and education on plumbing. Tried other services, that were rip-offs i.e. Roto Rooters.

We are so grateful that Nathan came out today. We had a problem with our bathtub faucet leaking. He was willing/able to come out the day we called, he was honest about our problem and gave us great advice on how to proceed, and he wore a mask which we really appreciated. We look forward to having him here again to work on updating our bathrooms! A very pleasant man to have in your home!

They don't show up when they say they will, but they do call you when they are on the way. Don was very experienced with sewer cleaning. He completed the job in 2 hours. I had to punch a hole in the wall for him to access the drain clean out. So he had to come back another day to finish the job. We had a sewer backup in the basement laundry room that overflowed when washer was used. Turned out to be a tree root about 65 feet out. I would use again.
