The actual plumbing work was done as described in the contract. The company left a bit of a mess. I was OK with the mound of dirt they left behind. They said it would settle and has to some degree. The problem (maybe it was getting close to the weekend), but the mound (over 50 feet long and 5 feet wide) was not dirt, but softball-sized and larger chunks of dirt that should have been ground up some. The chunks of dirt are not conducive to allowing the grass seed and straw (they placed) to have any chance of germinating and growing. I have been watering the area daily, and have had to resort to trying to break up the large chunks of dirt left behind. Overall, the plumbing leak was fixed, but they could have spent some time breaking up the chunks of dirt or at least driving the Bobcat over the dirt to break up the large chunks of dirt.

I needed an emergency plumber and this company called me immediately and got someone here within an hour. Excellent service and repair! Was a little pricey in my opinion but the best part was getting someone fast! Excellent Company!

A little pricier than expected, but it was a difficult assignment. Fast, prompt service. No service charge and free estimate are a plus.

Very prompt and friendly customer service. Diagnosis and repair was straight forward and hassle free. Pricing was better than previous projects from others by comparison. We now have a plumber should we need again

Craftsman Plumbing met my expectations, they were the only one’s who could schedule me an appointment in 2 days and not 2 weeks, which is understandable during these trying times.

When you have leak in your kitchen sink, call Craftsman Plumbing and ask for "Will". Will arrived early (Yes, I said EARLY!). Friendly guy, bag of tools and scoped-out my sink in a couple minutes... had it repaired in half-an-hour and was gone!! Amazing. It's been two weeks since the fix and not a drop from the fixed faucet. I'll say it again... if you're in the St Charles area, call Craftsman!!

They did a great job. The technician was extremely helpful, thorough, and quick on identifying the problem and fixing it. I was able to get my gas turned on the very next day. Highly recommend their services.

Arrived on time and completed the project the same day. I paid $650 to have the plumber run about 10ft of new gas line across the basement and up through kitchen floor. Tech installed the floor valve and provided me with an appliance line.

Craftsman Plumbing is fantastic! We had a gas leak in our tankless hot water heater line.
