I hired Patriot to replace old wood windows with new vinyl windows. Pros: John was very knowledgable and guided me through the purchasing process for my new windows, working with my budget. His installation was fast and professional. He did 12 windows in less than a week, all with aluminum caps. Everything was sharp, tight and level, work areas reasonably clean. Cons: After getting an estimate, I told him I was going to go with him, but I wanted to bump the number of windows from 10 to 12. He bumped the price 40%. He said it was because of sales tax and that he had to be compensated for the insurance after I asked for his card.

My 20+ yr old cedar deck looks brand new! John is a professional who does quality work.He took the time over a few days to do a through sanding job before the stain was applied.He made sure the weather was just right for the stain to be applied. I am very happy with Patriot Windows & Awnings and would use them again for future jobs.
