Chase personally responded to my email inquiry within minutes of submission by text respecting my time. He understood the immediate need to act swiftly with our infestation of bees by our front door. Not only did he eradicate our bees, but while he was at our house, he noticed that the woodpeckers were having a field day with our rough saw and cedar siding. He treated our cedar for the root cause of our problem and we have decided to use his services on a quarterly basis. Chase looked and conducted himself very professionally. He got to work taking care of my hornet problem. In about 15 minutes the hornets were no longer active. He told me if I saw anymore to call and he would be back. Liked the idea of a 30 day guarantee on his work. I would definitely call him if I have another pest problem.

Chase was more than willing to go out of his way and answered by phone call at 4:00 am in the early morning another service. I respected was he educated me on my problem and how to prevent it from happening again. Knowledge is power and Chase was will to provided good information and instructions that one can follow. The job is not complete at this point and will be completed in the next 10 to 14 days I am greatly pleased this far on the project. Will be happy to give an update once the job is completed.
