He initially said 6k and said if my husband helped which he did he did most of the work actually. That he would knock off a third of the price bringing it to 4k. He started doing other projects that we did not ask him to do. He never asked before he started them and now wants to charge extra for those projects. Even though my husband finished the projects himself. My husband also worked many many hours after he left and said he was done for the day after giving my husband a long list of what needed to be done before he came back the next day. Not impressed to be overcharged and to have him not keep his word. Work quality with my help of my husband was good. But my husband has prior experience with foundation work. He also never did the cleanup he promised to do with the old wall. He damaged so many other areas and did projects that were never asked. Actually caused the basement to leak even more. It has done a lot of damage to our basement. He refuses to finish even though he has come back several times claiming he fixed what he messed up. Each time he did something it was not what was agreed upon.

He is always available, and very creative. He is solution oriented, and gets things done
