Craig Salow repaired my roof on 5/5/2014. He required payment as soon as he was finished, before he left. I asked for an invoice that day, he said he would send one when he got home. I did not get one so I e-mailed him on May 9th and 12th again I did not receive one. I e-mailed him again on May 16th and finally received an invoice but it was very generic. I sent a 5th e-mail on May 23rd stating I needed a more detailed invoice. (You were here a little less than an hour. I need to know how much an hour you charge and I need a list of prices for the materials you used. I never received one.
