Craig came out on a warranty call for Amana (New) making too much noise. Craig said it was our water line making the noise and said he could replace it for $100.. He went and got the part, came back installed it and it had a minor leakm he adjusted it and said to leave the kick plate off and he would be back by the end of the week to check on the leak and replace the kick plate. That was the middle of March and we still have not seen or heard from him, have called a couple times and still no response. A take your money and run kind of guy so be wary!

Craig came within a day. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Personable and professional. Iâ ll be hiring him again.

My wall oven stopped working a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. He asked me several questions over the phone so he could diagnose potential solutions before coming to the house. He was able to fit me into his schedule knowing I was hosting Thanksgiving. He came prepared with the part he thought he would need and fixed the oven in one trip. I will be calling him whenever I have an appliance that needs repaired. Thank you Craig!

I will only call Craig's Appliance Repair for any and all our future needs. Craig was professional, courteous an overall gem to work with. Our Kitchenaid refrigerator was one of the first generations of its kind. Craig analyzed the problem & ordered the replacement part. What was impressive is that the problem is a newly discovered issue of the manufacturer and Craig took the time go through the boards and wiring then researched it on his own to ensure that he had the right fix. He was also mindful of the cost to us. In addition I asked him to make adjustments to our washer and dryer that has been a problem for the past five years. Craig fixed it in ten minutes. I am so glad that I used Craigs Appliance Repair. We will never use anyone but CAR.

We had a water leak coming from our refrigerator that was flooding one end of the kitchen floor & part of the laundry room & damaging the wood laminate flooring. I called Craig who arranged to come out the same day. He also told me where to find the shut-off valve for the water line to the refrigerator that I hadn't been able to find on my own. He arrived right when he said he would & with a phone call about 15 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem & gave me options for fixing it. I also asked him about a broken door handle while he was there. He ordered the needed parts for both repairs & returned at the appointed time a few days later to make the repairs. He also saved us some money by determining that we didn't need a new water filter housing, which he could easily have sold me. All in all, Craig was very personable, professional, got right to work, & didn't leave a mess. The cost was reasonable--$80 for the service call (even though he was here twice), $30 labor, & $209 for parts. I would definitely recommend him.

He came the same day, he arrived at the time he stated he would. All the other companies wanted to replace the part he was able to clean it out and then suggested some appropriate maintenance. His fee was very reasonable.

Craig was prompt to call me back (same day) and I explained what I needed. He gave me advice, but let me choose what I wanted done. I had searched for new appliance and the prices I found were higher than what he would pick up and bring himself (same brand and model). He came the next business day, installed my microwave and left everything exactly how he found it. He was extremely organized and came during the timeline he had given me. I have nothing but great things to say about Craig's Appliance Repair. He excelled in all the points I can think of for an excellent service, product and pricing. I would definitely hire him again.
