He was very friendly but the most important thing was that he gave me value for my money. And he fixed my refrigerator. I was thrilled. If I have need of his services again, I will not hesitate to call him.

I have to give him a lot of credit for showing up because he had been in the hospital with his son all night. He called and said he would come around noon, He called back and said it would be a little longer. He arrived mid afternoon. He plugged the washer in and listened to it but did not pull it out or test anything. he said he couldn't be sure but the motor may have seized. He apologized for not being able to do more, I paid for the service call, went to Big Sandy and purchased a new one.

My washer quit working and he checked out everything that could be wrong. He figured out it was the mother board, so I didn't get the new part. I had to order a new washer. But he was great, will hire him again in future.

My mother is 91 years young he could have easily taken advantage of the repair and said that it was something it was not. He was honest, respectful and did not charge for something she did not need. Wonderful person.

I have had difficullty finding someone to do appliance relpairs. I highly recommend Craig. He did work on our dryer. He could have charged us for a part that ended up not being needed. He was forthright with my husband and me. We appreciated that we weren t charged for a part that wasn t needed. The issue was resolved the same day.
