I have worked in real estate for almost 10 years now, so you can imagine the number of roofers I have interacted with in my day-to-day business. Steve Crain and his team are clearly the best of the best, and they have been our go-to roofing company for a long time now. We have complete confidence knowing that when Steve is interacting with our homeowners, they are getting exceptional communication and superb customer service. Of course, when I needed a new roof on my own home at the beginning of 2021, I was excited to get to experience all of this firsthand. I work from home, and I was 100% blown away as I watched how professional and methodical Steve and his team were as they worked on my roof. They completed my entire roof in one day, and they left my lawn meticulous when they left. The only way I knew they had been there was by all of my neighbors shouting over that they loved the new roof! We recently used Crain Contracting for a replacement of siding that was 30 years old and put originally on the home. We gather bids from other firms and most wanted to use the siding manufacturer they always used. We wanted a beaded non-grainy siding and the representatives from Crain showed us a product from CertainTeed (Carolina Beaded). We also wanted our front porch columns redone, along with a new porch ceiling and crown molding around the ceiling. New soffits and spouting were installed as well. The installation took about 1 1/2 weeks. The installation was great as the siding fitting was nice and tight including the trim. We were amazed how well the crew enjoyed their work and took pride in their work. One day we had about 10 inches of snow and they were onsite later in the day as the snow was cleared. We canâ t say enough good things about their work. Very ethical company.

They used the same materials and cleaning methods as contractors who quoted twice as much. We were very pleased with how responsive they were when we had questions, and when they found out our roof was leaking they bumped us up on the schedule to minimize damage to the house that might happen because of the leaks

Highly recommended this company, very professional and the least expensive out of three quotes. Great experience.
