To being super flexible with initial scheduling and understanding our needs, to doing a fantastic job with the final report - John made himself available every step of the way and walking me through aspects of the inspection that needed special attention. John arrived early to the appointment and was so detailed! He answered all my questions and provided me with everything I needed. the house is 100 years old and we got his 47 page report plus a recall report on all the appliances in less than 48 hours! I highly recommend!

`My home inspector was wonderful. He was polite, effecient, and noticed every big, to the smallest of things to be fixed in the house. He left no stone unturned! After he was done, I received a binder with color photos and comments of everything he found. Needless to say, we purchased our first home. I would definately recommend Mr Crampton.

John is very professional and friendly. He showed up on time and did a very careful inspection of the house I was trying to buy. The inspection took 4 hours and surprised my agent, she had never seen such a detailed inspection. John was a contractor before so he can provide suggestions on how to fix the problems. The report comes with every detail with color pictures, I was wondering how he could put it together within 24 hours. I ended up not buying the first house due to some problems with the house. After I found another house I hired John again, and he delivered the same quality work.

He responded on time, took me around, explained deficiencies and concerns, took lots of pictures and submitted a comprehensive report on line the next day! He was thorough (crawl space and attics), objective and meticulous in detail.
