I hired Cranny Home Service to winterize a summer home in November, 2022 because our regular plumber was ill. They assured me that they would winterize the house and drain all the pipes including those under the house. I spoke to their plumber on the phone, and he assured me that all the pipes under the house were drained. When my regular plumber opened up the house in April, the pipes under the house had not been drained, and had rusted and burst. I spoke to the Cranney customer service rep, who said she understood why I was upset, and someone would get back to me. No one did. I followed up with a letter to the owner asking that they pay the overage to replace the burst pipes. Again no one answered me. I do not recommend that anyone use their services.

They discovered the condenser needed to be replaced. It was an old jimmies system so o knew something was up. They came and replaced the unit. So far so good.

The whole experience was painless (well, except for paying the bill - which seemed reasonable.) Scheduling was easy and professionally done. A call ahead for the appointment was done and the technician showed up on time. He seemed knowledgeable and easy to work with. He took care of 3 systems right away and will be back with a replacement fan on a fourth system when it comes in. Rob explained everything and gave me some good advice on a couple of things I can do on my own. I felt well taken care of and highly recommend Rob and Cranney.

Quick reply and they were able to setup an appointment within the next week to service my unit. Different than other service providers there were no push to replace needless equipment or components to named brands that they cover. They installed a replacement I had and that saved me some money on the overall service. Only item that I'm not completely satisfied with is that I didn't get an invoice or receipt after payment or via email. Will use them again in the future for any service and annual checkups.
