Keen Eye Painting

During my time using their service which started off painting then renovatons, I found myself having to consistently reach out the the owner Amed Torres regarding time-line, what was getting worked on and why he was leaving early and showing up late. The whole point of hiring someone to do the work was because of the ability to get the job done quicker and not have to worry about it but that was not the case. There was lack of professionalism, transparency in pricing and customer service skills. He seemed like he was knowledgeable but would cut corners and not follow practices such as putting drop clothes on floors so paint is now caked into my hardwood floors, didn't cover my personal items correctly so dust and debris got on them, left doors he cut up in my driveway and also damaged my personal property. To make matters worse he abandoned the job and blocked my number so i cannot reach him to repair the damages and finish the painting and carpentry touchups left.

Amed showed up to price the job on time. We were looking to get the living room, dining room, kitchen and hall way painted. To include the ceiling, wall, baseboard, and molding. He listened to all our concerns and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The crew showed up on time, was very professional, and had us walk them through the whole job so they knew exactly what we were looking for. The pointed out things that we didn't even see and explained what they would do to correct the issues. The job was done a day early, and it is immaculate. We couldn't see any mistakes at all, and believe me we looked. They were a great crew, did fantastic work and were very friendly. Cleaned up each day so we can still use the rooms at night which helped make the whole experience that much nicer. The last time the house was painted was 22 years ago not it looks brand new. Yes I would definitely hire this company again.

Amed runs a smooth operation, he was responsive, his team worked fast and Ià ¢à  à  m very happy with the end result. I will be having him and his team return to finish the second half of my home soon!

Keen Eye was an excellent choice. We had 3 big rooms done in our home and the overall speed, quality, and respect that the entire crew showed to not only our home, but ourselves as well was incredible. The price was far better than any other contractor I contacted. I fully recommend this company to anyone looking to transform their house.

Amed is a consummate professional. He spent time talking with me to understand what I wanted. And without being at all pushy, Amed shared his thoughts and ideas based on his experiences and expert understanding of paints and surfaces and knowledge of what works and what doesnâ t. I will be hiring he and his crew again.

I was very impressed by his attention to detail and timeliness. He also helped me choose colors that really made my apartment pop! I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for high quality work.
